ColdFusion
If your company is located in the DC/Baltimore, Atlanta or Dallas/Fort Worth and you can donate a few hours to offer feedback on ColdFusion X, please let me know. Rupesh Kumar, ColdFusion Engineering Manager, and I will be visiting ColdFusion shops to validate our concepts for Link (codename for ColdFusion X).
At Adobe we take a somewhat agile approach to requirement gathering. We loosely follow a standard process called SyncDev as part of our concept validation phase. As part of this process, we'd like to meet with all the ColdFusion developers at your company. We will present our ideas around Link (ColdFusion X) as if the product is already built. Throughout the presentation we will engage in an open discussion about the features and try to understand the real-world implications. Finally we'll ask for your help in prioritizing the features so we can understand what's specifically important for your team. In the end, we hope to gain a better understanding of the challenges your developers are facing day-to-day so we can build a product that better supports them.
These meetings last no more than 3 hours and we ask that you involve as many ColdFusion developers as possible. We will be in the DC area the days prior to CFUnited (July 26 & 27) and we will be in Atlanta and Dallas/FW the following week (Aug 2 - 6).
We understand that not all (if any) of your team is using ColdFusion 9 today, but we are just as eager to hear their perspective as well. If your team is available for one of these meetings, please drop me a line at adrock at adobe dotcom. Thanks.

Yes, this blog post is pretty much identical to the previous post I made about ColdFusion Builder 2 research. You'll probably see one or two more when we've lined up other target cities for ColdFusion X research in August/September.

I looked around the site for a moment but couldn't find a contact email, so I guess it's just through the comments. This sounds like a great opportunity and the company I work for would very much like to meet up.
