ColdFusion
The title says it all. Although this isn't really the best measure of value in a programming skill, it's still nice to see CF back in the top 20. I'll be happier when we overtake Ruby (and the I hear the sound of a 10k teenage Ruby fan-girls crying out in anger).

Frankly, I don't think these lists really mean anything. Each of these languages solve particular business problems and are not mutually exclusive of each other. How often do you program in ColdFusion and not touch SQL or Javascript? Should an application language be compared to a web language or a database language? What do you learn by ranking them together in a single list? If ColdFusion jumps up the list (or back down), what exactly does that mean?I wouldn't give these things any notice or at the very least any praise. Otherwise you possible validate lists like the one ComputerWorld did last year.
