ColdFusion Developer Population Survey

There has been a bit of speculation on just how many ColdFusion developers there are in the world today. 3rd-party research companies are saying one thing, while Adobe's internal estimates are saying another. Because this number is critical to the planning for ColdFusion and ColdFusion Builder, we'd like to get to the bottom of this discrepancy. An Evening with ColdFusion

Next week we will be holding a Special Event at the MDCFUG on June 22nd. Since we'll have a few ColdFusion team members in the Washington, DC area, we wanted to take the time to have an open discussion about the future of ColdFusion and ColdFusion Builder. We'll kick off the meeting with an overview of ColdFusion Builder and we'll provide a sneak peek at ColdFusion 9.01. Then we'll open up to a general discussion about the future of both products and talk about the type of features you'd like to see. Just in case free pizza and beer are enough, we'll also be raffling off 2 copies of ColdFusion Builder and a copy of ColdFusion 9 Standard.

Send Me Your Problems w/ CF Support

You might have noticed I tweeted about being on hold with Adobe Customer Service so I could learn firsthand what the experience was like as a ColdFusion customer. It's unfortunate, but I've been fielding an increased number of complaints about Customer Service and Technical Support these past few months. Some reports just sounded too outlandish to be true, so I decided to investigate for myself.
